Who and when was your first love? What made them special? Are you still with them? Why or why not?
Go.

My first love was our pastor's oldest daughter, Cathy. We lived on the same ranching compound and were very close. She never knew I was in love with her, but she did give me my first kiss. Do I still love her? Yes, but now she's like a sister I don't see very often. After a friendship as long as ours (46 years! Gasp!), all that childhood love stuff really mellows into something truly beautiful.
Now, if you're talking teen or adult love, that would be Sammy, whom I dated for 4 years during the 60's. Sammy has now moved to the status of happy memories.
My first love was a guy named Russ. He went to jail over me, spent 7 years there, and then when he got out of prison, I saw him a couple of times (and introduced him to my hubby and kids) and then 2 months after being freed, he drowned. Anyway, that's all a long novel if I tried to explain anymore :)
